I’m so excited to announce another workshop. This workshop at The Mala is happening in just twelve days and spaces are super limited as it’s going to be a special, cosy event.
Join me at the studio where I have trained to become a yoga teacher, for an afternoon of immersive mindfulness activities.
An hours vinyasa flow will help you to unwind and centre yourself in the space. A 50 minute journalling workshop will follow, helping you to set intentions for the coming months and preparing you to continue or begin journalling which can complement your yoga and meditation practice.
Each participant will go home with a writing pack including a series of writing prompts for those who wish to become more creative with their writing, as well as a variety of mindful journal prompts.
This workshop is suitable for all – newbies to yoga and journalling are very welcome as well as regular yogis and writers!
Please bring a journal and pen, writing pack and refreshments will be provided!
