Wondering what a Writing and wellbeing workshop involves?
We’ll be writing creatively with activities suitable for all abilities. There’ll be meditation and group discussion to help you relax and focus the mind. This workshop is perfect for the start of Autumn and Winter as we create a cosy atmosphere for this creative and mindful experience.
